In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving technology sales, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for technology solutions. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients while effectively negotiating contracts and closing sales. Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Engage in warm outbound calling to identify potential clients and generate new business leads. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive technology solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings. Provide ongoing support and communication to clients post-sale to ensure continued satisfaction and retention. Experience Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology sector. Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Leadership experience is a plus; ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals. Familiarity with technical sales processes and methodologies is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
