Your impact Work withFleetio’s largest Prospects and some of the world’s most well-knownbrands — all with over 1,000 vehicles in their fleet Develop astrategic territory business plan to source and close net new logoswithin a given territory Navigate complex organizational structuresto identify and drive the sale process with multi-layerstakeholders in enterprise organizations: executive sponsors,champions, and buyers Research and understand the businessobjectives of your customers and perform a value-driven sales cycleCollaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensurecustomer success Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drivesuccess through a metric-based approach Develop and execute salesstrategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive salesopportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookingsProvide timely and insightful input back to other corporatefunctions, including Product Management, Customer Success andAccount Management Create ROI and business justification reportsbased on a data-driven approach Run tight POCs based on businesssuccess criteria Your experience 5 years of experience successfullyclosing Enterprise deals of $150k 5 years of experience carrying a$1mil quota High proficiency in selling software as a service(SaaS) and cloud-based solutions to enterprise customers Provenexperience building relationships and selling face-to-face toC-level executives Proven track record of success in building adirect customer strategy and creating relationships across customerdepartments Have clear examples of closing complex deals andselling into complex organizations Ability to learn, pitch, anddemonstrate a technical product and have the ability to adapt in afast-growing and changing environment Effectively use a repeatablemethod for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out anew territory Previous experience working with cross-functionalbusiness partners, including Solutions Engineers, Sales DevelopmentReps, Project Managers, Executives, Customer Experience leaders,etc. Considered a plus Domain expertise in fleet managementExperience selling in transportation, logistics, or constructionBenefits Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage foremployee, 50% for family) Vision insurance Incentive stock options401(k) match of 4% PTO
