Your impact Work withFleetio Prospects in the Government and Education industries — allwith hundreds (and up to thousands) of vehicles in their fleetNavigate complex organizational structures to identify and drivethe sale process with multi-layer stakeholders in enterpriseorganizations: executive sponsors, champions, and buyers Develop astrategic business plan to source and close net new logos within agiven territory Research and understand the business objectives ofyour customers and perform a value-driven sales cycle Collaboratewith internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customersuccess Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive successthrough a metric-based approach Develop and execute salesstrategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive salesopportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookingsProvide timely and insightful input back to other corporatefunctions, including Product Management, Customer Success andAccount Management Create ROI and business justification reportsbased on a data-driven approach Run tight POCs based on businesssuccess criteria Your experience 3 years of experience successfullyclosing Public Sector sales opportunities 3 years of experiencecarrying a $500k quota High proficiency in selling software as aservice (SaaS) and cloud-based solutions to government customersProven experience building relationships and selling face-to-faceto Procurement groups, C-level executives, and public sectorofficials Proven track record of success in building a directcustomer strategy and creating relationships across customerdepartments Have clear examples of closing complex deals andselling into complex organizations Ability to learn, pitch, anddemonstrate a technical product and have the ability to adapt in afast-growing and changing environment Effectively use a repeatablemethod for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out anew territory Required travel ~20% Previous experience working withcross-functional business partners, including Solutions Engineers,Sales Development Reps, Project Managers, Executives, CustomerExperience leaders, etc. Considered a plus Domain expertise infleet management Experience selling in transportation, logistics,or construction Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options(100% coverage for employee, 50% for family) Vision insuranceIncentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO•4 weeks (increasesat year two!) 12 company holidays 2 floating holidays Parentalleave•birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid)
