AI as a thoughtleader in Customer Experience and Contact Center AI, and partnerwith speech researchers, data scientists, product engineers, andsolution strategists to help customers evolve their AI journeys.

Our platform is being rapidly adopted by companies in NAMER, andwe’re looking for tenured Strategic Account Directors in the NAMERregion to join our team and continue to bring both new customersonto the SaaS platform, and expand existing ones. What you’ll bedoing Lead our 50 of the Fortune 250 prospects’ journeys fromconsideration to purchase Partner with Account Associates,Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to build and executecomplex customer evaluations, demos, and proof of values. Forecastyour pipeline and targets on a weekly basis Closely monitor theindustry landscape (people, competitors, partners, etc.) tocontribute to product roadmap and other corporate strategiesCollaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, businessoperations, people operations, finance, product management, andengineering Support the recruitment and onboarding of otherteammates Support the development of company culture What you bringto the role Selling platform-as-a-service and/orsoftware-as-a-service and/or selling large BPO solutions withblended peopletech solutions 10 years of enterprise/strategicselling experience and achieving sales bookings ARR targets >$1Mper year in the last 3 years Designing and executing complex dealstrategies in contact center space Supporting the growth offast-growing, high-performance B2C large companies – Banking,Insurance, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Telecom Leadinghigh-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, productlaunches, etc.) Gathering, distilling, and processing complexmarket (industry, competitor, customer, prospect) intelligenceUnderstanding and Reporting on Contact Center KPIs and QA/Coachingprocesses What you can expect Competitive compensation includingequity Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsFlexible time off 10 Company holidays Winter Break and up to16-weeks of parental leave 401K plan Quarterly Lifestyle SpendMonthly Mobile Internet Stipend Pre-tax Commuter Benefits SalaryRange The OTE (On Target Earnings) compensation range targeted forthis full-time position is $330,000-$375,000 Range per annum.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a numberof factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills,competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the TotalPackage that is provided to compensate and recognize employees fortheir work, and this role may be eligible for additionaldiscretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form ofoptions).
