A day in the life:
The partnerships team isresponsible for achieving our companys revenue and product growthobjectives by creating a robust pipeline of partnerships,effectively managing those partners, and leading a best-in-classpartner management team. We are looking for a Director of StrategicPartnerships who shares the passion of being a great partner fortheir partners
- someone who can help us grow our existing partnerrelationships, as well as develop new ones
Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and sign/close/onboard net new partners in ourkey partnership categories (tech, agencies, and consultants).Nurture existing relationships with channel partners to generateSQL’s and opportunities for MGP on a regular and consistent basisDrive new revenue opportunities through events, networking, andthought leadership opportunities Drive partner marketing andevangelize customers in these channels Work with Sales andMarketing to identify partners that enhance Power Digital’s valueproposition Overall partner program management, including partnercertification and contract management Communication of progressagainst goals to management and the company leadership teamGenerate qualified referrals for partners, achieve KPIs, and driverevenue for identified service and solution partners throughoutbound and cross-sell activities to clients Create exciting copy,event concept, and other top and lower funnel initiativesdelivering value to our customers to facilitate referrals Scheduleevents, discovery meetings and capabilities/product demos withpartners along with introductions from partners The role willprovide growth and develop opportunities in the area of partnershipmanagement and partner relations / stakeholder engagement. RoleRequirements:
8 years of experience in: the modern data stack, MMM,MMT, eCommerce, digital marketing, partnerships, SaaS sales, orchannel/sales role A proven ability to build a book, nurtureexisting clients and relationships, and upsell appropriately Anexecutive level presence in demeanor, poise, and tact Previoustraining in formal or institutional sales training (such asChallenger, MEDDIC, etc.) Strong follow-through in time management,attention to detail, and reliability Strong written and verbalcommunication skills This position requires a strong team playerwho has exceptional attention to detail, is resourceful, highlyorganized, self-motivated, takes initiative and drives projectsforward The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, undera managed deadline Exhibits enthusiasm, passion, creativity, andcommitment Strong organizational and time management skills Abilityto work, contribute in a team environment Salesforce experience KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) New Partner Acquisition (Sign 3 newpartners per month, aligned with our ideal partner profile) Buildup to and maintain an active working pipeline of 10 opportunitiesfrom partners SQLs (goal = 15 per month) Generate MGP of $45k eachmonth Most Important Things (MITs) Always exude and demonstrate a”Growth Mindset”, looking for new and interesting ways to expandour partnership network. Be a proactive communicator
