KeyResponsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of enterpriseaccounts—including both publicly listed and privately heldcompanies—across the DACH region. Drive new logo acquisition andexisting customer expansion, contributing directly to our growth ina key European market. Operate from your home office in Germany,with travel to clients as needed or our London-based AuditBoardoffice. Report directly to the Director, Sales, and workcross-functionally with regional and global teams. Build trustedadvisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understandingtheir challenges and mapping them to AuditBoard’s platformcapabilities. Collaborate across Pre-Sales, Business ValueConsulting, and Marketing, leveraging tools, partners, and eventsto drive pipeline and deal progression. Partner with strategicalliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate 5-7 years of experience inenterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC softwaresolutions. Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder salescycles and closing high-value deals. Demonstrated experience invalue-based selling and establishing long-term client partnerships.

Native-level German fluency and excellent English communicationskills (both verbal and written). A collaborative mindset andexperience working cross-functionally with global teams Comfortableleveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, ChallengerSale). A learning-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within afast-paced, international environment. Familiarity with Germanregulatory environments and enterprise procurement expectations.
