The ideal candidate will be anexperienced, hands-on, goal-oriented, process driven and astrategic thought partner. They will be a major change agent atSpring Health, having impact and influence with a high degree ofautonomy and flexibility. In this role, this person must build andmaintain an excellent working relationship internally andexternally, and partner with internal teams to win net newbusiness. What you’ll be doing: Drive and lead the sales processfrom qualification and introduction through closing and introducingto customer service internal team. Expand the revenue businessthrough obtaining net new logo customers to reach quota attainment.

Be the liaison between our sales and proposal teams, where you willproject-manage RFPs. Lead and run discovery calls andpresentations, with the expectation to create customizedpresentations. Be the defacto representative and expert to sellspecific products of business that could include, but won’t belimited to, ROI reporting, Utilization Reporting, geo-access/network reporting, etc. Attend conferences. Leverage unique andcompelling sales tools, including market-facing presentations andinternal enablement guides Execute against an annual quota bycollaborating with internal and external partners (BDR, StrategicAlliance, Benefits Consultants and Brokers, Resellers, etc.) Whatsuccess looks like in this role: You attain your targets as set outfor annual revenue You successfully complete trainings as assignedYou collaborate well with your team, leaders and cross-functionalpeers You consistently add new pipeline to your funnel from allsources – self-sourced, marketing, consultants, partners andbusiness development What we expect from you: Bachelors Degree 3years of sales experience, preferably in a fast paced startupenvironment (AE3-4) BDR experience prior to AE experiencepreferred, or relevant prospecting experience Working knowledge ofGoogle Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health andwellness space preferred Proactive approach to customer engagementsStrong verbal and written communication skills The ability totravel up to 10% of the year – to conferences and customers (ifrequired) You have client-facing experience with mid-to-large sizeclients You are a top performer, yet a collaborative andcross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration,accountability, entrepreneurship, with tremendous drive,intelligence, judgment You are a self starter who thrives whengiven autonomy, with proven ability and desire to build effectiveinternal/external relationships You obsess about achieving yourgoals and are relentless in pursuing them The target base salaryrange for this position is $125,000, and is part of a competitivetotal rewards package including stock options and benefits.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined bya number of factors including experience, location, internal payequity, and other relevant business considerations.
