What You’ll Do:

Nexxen has an exciting opportunity with ourStrategic Sales Team as a Senior Account Executive to grow oursales, evangelize the Nexxen managed service offering; and expandawareness of the Nexxen end-to-end solution to (New York)advertisers and independent ad agencies. This is an outstandingopportunity to have an impactful role as we continue to grow. As aSenior Account Executive, you will lead all the tactical sales andclient management responsibilities of your book of business. Youwill be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sellingof our true end-to-end technology solution to net new businessbrands and agencies, that has a global reach with over 1 BILLIONunique profiles, that is accessible across ALL CHANNELS, ALLDEVICES, and verified with advanced measurement tools powered bydata intelligence. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional clientsatisfaction, and build long-term, reliable relationships withagencies and direct clients by delivering superior client serviceand results. Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some ofthe things you can expect to be doing daily are. Achieve fiscal andstrategic goals Cultivate and nurture connections with marketingagencies and brands Oversee sales forecasting tools and reportingCollaborate with local Trading and Account management teams toachieve client goals by coordinating stakeholder milestones forproject completion Communicate effectively with external partners,clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting communication style topersuade and positively influence outcomes Recognize businesschallenges that Nexxens solutions can address. Innovate andimplement solutions for unarticulated needs and both new andexisting market requirements Please note – We have a hybrid workmodel with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office tocollaborate, innovate, and celebrate. What Will I Bring? 6 ofoutbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising,selling insertion order media and managed services to brands andindependent ad agencies Proven track record of exceeding revenueexpectations Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem including DSP,SSP, DMP, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, orother online advertising technology. Strong communication skillswith the ability to speak with C-level clients Established networkof relationships with decision-makers at brands and independentadvertising agencies in the local area and in the region Ability tomanage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multipleinternal and external teams Accustomed to building own processes tohold yourself accountable in sales cycle Strong team player andability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentwhile maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen,and business excellence Successful negotiation experience,producing impactful results Add value to the Nexxen cultureBachelors degree preferred At Nexxen, we value our differences,varied experiences, and collective contribution. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum andmaximum full-time annual base salary for this role in (New York) is$120,000 – $150,000 at the time of posting, with the potential ofan incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectationthis is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actualcompensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including butnot limited to skill set, level of experience, education,certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidateshired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay rangeassociated with that location.
