A day in the life:
At Power Digital, the Sr.
Account Executive (Sales), Fusepoint role is responsible forindependently driving new business sales with a personal quota, aswell as owning, developing, testing and iterating the new businessoffering for Fusepoint specifically. The ideal candidate willexhibit strong digital marketing analytics expertise, as well assuperior sales and business acumen, with proven experience sellingsoftware and/or services related to the data, marketingintelligence, advanced analytics, and/or similar. Qualifiedcandidates will have the ability to cultivate strategic brand-levelconnections, and forge relationships with key decision-makers
- showing resilience and determination along the way.
This rolerequires an individual that appreciates autonomy, has heightenedcritical thinking abilities, and knows the inside workings of themedia measurement landscape. While this individual contributor roleis focused on increasing the volume of revenue and billings for theFusepoint offering, the candidate must show a deep knowledge of thedigital marketing industry, and have the ability to articulate howour broader services can address client challenges and businessobjectives.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in the unique valueproposition of Power Digital / Fusepoint’s offering through deeppartnerships with Product, Data Science, and Sales teams Utilizedata and technology tools to identify, pursue, engage, and connectwith prospective buyers (advertisers) within our ideal clientprofiles Drive prospective client meetings with a particular focuson providing expertise for our Fusepoint offering Focus onincreasing revenue and adoption of our Fusepoint offering whilealso acting as a connective tissue between Power teams and ouradvertisers Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas whilecontributing to our team goals Manage a variety of prospectiveadvertiser accounts Travel to client meetings and collaborate withcolleagues, as required Drive new revenue opportunities throughevents, networking, cold-calling, and thought leadershipopportunities Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimizebusiness processes Utilize and leverage Power Digitals Novaecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
Intense focus on analytics and data within the marketing function,with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and challenge yourself5 years of experience in analytics / big data / marketing within amarketing agency or similar environment Excellent communication andcollaboration skills Data-driven decision making A proactiveapproach toward “building” a business Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) $15,000 Monthly GP Sales Quota (2 deals / mos) from OutboundActivity Run 7 Discovery Calls/Set 7 Discovery Calls per month (asneeded to maintain sales quota) Run 4 Appraisals/Audits withinternal team per month (as needed to maintain quota) Win 2proposals per month (as needed to maintain sales quota) Maintain anew business / new client AOV of $10k/mo Most Important Things(MITs) An ability and proven track record of
