WhatYou’ll Do:

The mission for the Enterprise Account Executive (AE) isto secure new client logos for our largest clients. The AccountExecutive will use their sales skills to differentiate theOfficeSpace platform designed for clients to manage their workplaceand facilities. You will effectively manage and sell to C-levelExecutives, VPs, and Director-level decision makers within eachaccount through a proven sales methodology and use Salesforce.comto record interactions and opportunities. While responsible forbuilding a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, you will alsobe supported by the Marketing and Business Development functions inorder to effectively and expediently close new business logos.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships withprospective enterprise customers in order to close a pipeline ofqualified opportunities in your assigned territory. Conduct awell-designed, buyer-driven sales process by focusing onevalue-based selling strategies Develop and illustrate thequantifiable value our solutions can provide in solving prospectsbusiness challenges. Provide in-depth and tailored software productdemonstrations for prospective customers. Develop tailoredproposals that effectively communicate our products and solutionsfor each unique organization’s needs. Prioritize and organize yourday using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, LI Sales Navigator,ZoomInfo, Slack, and Gmail. Collaborate with other AEs to elevatethe skills and expertise of the collective group and continuouslylearn the industry in which OfficeSpace operates. Support ongoingproduct and market development by sharing prospect and customerasks, needs, and market movement.

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior Enterprise experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to C-Suiteand/or Facilities, Finance, HR, IT, or Real Estatecompanies/clients. A strong level of grit and motivation with atrack record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotastailored to enterprise-level customers. Demonstrated ability toproactively generate new business opportunities through a strongoutbound motion, including cold outreach, networking, and strategicprospecting techniques, without relying on a BDR or lead generationteam. Experience as a successful BDR is preferred. Excellentpresentation, communication, and pricing/contract negotiationskills. Skilled and disciplined in managing a sales processincluding forecasting, resource allocation, time allocation, andprospect prioritization. Goal-oriented, growth mindset with anatural knack for proactively setting a high standard ofachievement for yourself. Adept and experienced in prospecting,cold-calling, and utilizing relevant tools such as LinkedInSalesNavigator, SalesLoft, Salesforce.com (or similar tools), andother important sales tools. Ability to travel up to 30-40% of thetime.
