Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary package with On-TargetEarnings (OTE) of $75,000 – $100,000 in year one and $100,000+ inyear two. Compensation includes a base salary starting at $60,000plus uncapped monthly commission. OTE will vary based onperformance.
Schedule:
Allocate up to 70% of your working hours to a combinationof remote work and field travel within your designated territory.
This role will require attendence to after hours events, tradeshows, dinner meetings, and other networking or client relatedevents. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ of Multi-family experience. 3-5 years’ experience in business-to-business outsideconsultative sales is preferred. Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and thrivingin commission-based roles. Proficiency in CRM database managment. Strong consultative problem-solving, negotiation, andinfluencing skills. Highly effective oral and written communication skills. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability toprioritize effectively. Experience in public speaking is preferred. Ability to effectively implement sales and marketingstrategies
Responsibilities:
Effectively oversee a large territory within your assignedregion, requiring extensive travel, while utilizing strongorganizational and time management skills to optimize clientinteractions and maximize engagement. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients todrive revenue growth and meet monthly sales targets within assignedmarkets. Strengthen client retention by fostering relationships withexisting clients and identifying opportunities for revenueexpansion. Build and maintain strong connections with property managers,regional managers, property owners, and management groups. Expand the sales pipeline quickly through strategic networking,industry associations, email outreach, and other outbound leadgeneration strategies. Manage and respond to sales inquiries, ensuring timelyfollow-ups and engagement with potential customers. Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients by coordinatingwith the operations team during the launch phase. Lead startup orientations to outline service objectives andexplore growth opportunities. Track and report sales activities, progress, and performancemetrics on a weekly and monthly basis using the company’s CRMsystem. Invest in continuous learning through personal and professionaldevelopment initiatives. Represent the company at industry trade shows, networkingevents, and association gatherings. Participate in local associations by serving on committees orboards to strengthen industry presence and relationships. Achieve annual sales goals through strategic planning andexecution. Commit to a flexible schedule, including attending after-hoursevents, trade shows, dinner meetings, and other requiredengagements beyond the standard 40-hour workweek.
