Job Description

ATP (Assistive Technology Practitioner) – Remote – $75k + Uncapped Commission 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN •

Remote Locations:

Tennessee & Kentucky state coverage Objective To effectively manage and oversee mobility equipment referrals for the Company while building and expanding market share and increasing profitability.

Responsibilities Lead Management:

Oversee Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) leads for the company.

Client Coordination:

Contact patients within 1 business day of referral and schedule in-home evaluations within 1 week.

Evaluation & Documentation:

Complete evaluations, coordinate with clinicians, and prepare accurate, timely paperwork (goal: within 2 business days).

Funding Support:

Create quotes, vendor forms, and letters of medical necessity, ensuring submissions for medical review within 5 weeks of referral.

Cost Management:

Maintain a gross profit margin (GPM) of 48%, recommending equipment that meets quality standards and cost goals.

Vendor Relations:

Negotiate with vendors to reduce equipment costs and manage demo equipment using Brightree.

Referral Partner Engagement:

Host biweekly follow-ups with referral sources and one in-service per month to maintain and exceed revenue targets. Goals Contact leads within 1 business day and complete evaluations within 2 weeks. Submit accurate paperwork to medical review within 3 weeks of evaluation. Host/co-host one in-service per month. Maintain and exceed $300,000 quarterly revenue goals. Benefits of the

In-depth knowledge of CRT products, insurance reimbursement guidelines, and payor sources. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must carry personal vehicle liability insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000. Ability to lift/move up to 300 pounds and perform physical tasks related to client evaluations. Physical Demands Frequent sitting, standing, and use of hands. Occasional lifting or moving of heavy equipment. Requires driving a company-provided vehicle (adherence to maintenance and passenger policies required).
