Imagine a role where every appointment is prequalified. No cold calling, no prospecting, just closing deals and earning big! In this role, you will have daily preset phone appointments . In these appointments you will be evaluating the customers needs, property conditions and proposing a solution that best suits their needs. As an Inside Sales Executive , you will be responsible for making sound purchase decisions, representing the company professionally at all times, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This position offers either a 100% commission structure or a base salary plus commission structure . Duties include, but are not limited to: Conducting phone appointments with prospective sellers to understand their needs and goals. Making offers on properties using comparable data and tailored to the customer’s situation. Evaluating property values and identifying potential repair needs. Representing the company with professionalism and aligning with our Core Values, always prioritizing the customer experience. Providing daily summaries and after-action reports of activities and appointments. Participating in team meetings and contributing to collaborative discussions. Engaging in ongoing sales training and continued education to enhance skills and performance. Ideal candidate experience and skill sets: 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with a proven track record of success. Real estate experience preferred High levels of determination, persistence, and resilience. Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and other virtual platforms.
