Key Responsibilities Include:
Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employees Aid in team training and workflow organization, set goals for performance and deadlines, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks; ensure tasks are learned in a timely manner Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports, and supplemental schedules Tour merchandise and Hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliation Completion of IndividualCorporate tax projections Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases Insurance renewal prep, maintenance, and analysis Royalty Statement analysis This could be your dream job if you: Are able to work independently, prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision Have good judgment regarding industry social event behavior and exhibits professionalism when representing company in any capacity Enjoy working in and excel in a fast-paced environment Are proficient in
