Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert to place policies to new and existing clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales, networking techniques, and marketing. Resolve client inquiries and complaints, and provide exceptional customer services throughout the sales process Comply with insurance standards and regulations. Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry Property, casualty, and life insurance license preferred. Must obtain licenses within 60 days of employment if not already licensed Must be willing to hunt Responsibility and coachability are a must Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
