Commission-Based Healthcare Liaison Nexiscure LLC Knoxville, TN • Remote Candidate may need to have some knowledge or previous connections with Home Health Agency Business Development, Home Health Agency Sales, Hospice Agency Business Development, Hospice Agency Sales and Skilled Nursing Facilities Business Development, Skilled Nursing Facilities Business Development Sales.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Community Liaison to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to accounts that can benefit from our Provider services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the medical field, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients or accounts. Must have a strong existing network of clinical relationships (Home Health, SNF, Hospitals) to target clients that needs wound care services. Proven experience in account management and outside sales within the medical industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify new accounts through networking and market analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare agencies. May need to conduct in-services to showcase the features and benefits of our services. Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
