The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and account management, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data for strategic decision-making. Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. Collaborate with the technical sales team to understand product offerings and communicate their benefits effectively to clients. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our technology solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service. Experience Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred. Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing accounts successfully. A proactive approach to warm calling and lead generation is essential.
