Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to expand our reach within the commercial and government sectors. As the face of Bankpak, you’ll build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and support our mission of excellence. This role requires regional travel as well as some overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek new business opportunities within commercial enterprises and government offices. Present, promote, and sell security and technology solutions using strong consultative skills. Develop customized quotes and proposals based on client needs and product offerings. Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide product/service recommendations. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed sales goals, tracking performance and reporting to leadership. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate project execution and support. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Provide timely reports on customer insights, sales trends, and territory opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within security, financial tech, or service industries. Experience selling to commercial and/or government entities is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable managing a sales territory and working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot. Strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills. Ability to develop and present quotes tailored to client needs. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR. Must be willing to travel regionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of government procurement processes and contract bidding. Knowledge of security systems (physical and electronic). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Job Type:

$50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
