This is a high-impact sales role ideal for a motivated hunter who excels in outbound prospecting, thrives in fast-moving environments, and brings a systems mindset to sales. You’ll help drive revenue through new business development—locally and nationally—while also helping refine the sales and customer service experience as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and in-person meetings Drive local business development in Middle Tennessee through visits, events, and relationship building Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand customer needs and provide tailored print and fulfillment solutions Own the full sales cycle—from first contact through closing and onboarding Collaborate with production and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Contribute to refining and improving internal sales and customer service processes Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
