Purpose of Position:
Deliver unparalleled customer service to our production builders. Be the liaison between production builders, subcontractors, and Swift Supply. Ensure the locations are aware of upcoming business to ensure they have the inventory and staffing to support the needs of the business.
Essential Functions:
(must be able to perform these functions, with or without reasonable accommodation). Act as the primary liaison between Swift Supply and builder accounts. Manage order schedules and delivery timelines for multiple job sites. Anticipate builders’ needs and adapt quickly to changes. Resolve delivery, product, and service issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams for job site readiness and accuracy. Build strong relationships to enhance loyalty and account growth. Stay informed about residential and multifamily construction processes. Track key metrics and assist in forecasting and planning. Meet regularly with builders’ supervisors to discuss project needs. Coordinate timely product deliveries and maintain inventory levels. Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Proven experience in a construction or supply chain role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments and external clients. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residential and multifamily construction processes Familiarity with blueprint reading and materials take-offs Experience and Education Experience working directly with production/tract builders 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Physical Demands Must be able to use hands, wrists, and fingers repetitively. Must have exceptional eye-hand coordination. Must regularly be able to reach overhead. Must regularly be able to sit, squat, bend, twist, and stand. Must be able to walk around regularly using steps occasionally. Strength (lift, carry, push, and pull), maximum lift•100 lbs; frequently lift/carry•up to 50 lbs.
