Landscape Maintenance Account Manager Coastal Exposures Landscape, Inc. 12451 County Road 64, Loxley, AL 36551 Landscape Maintenance Account Manager Coastal Exposures Landscape, Inc. is currently looking for a full time knowledgeable and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will meet with clients; understand their requirements to exceed customer expectations and retention. You must have excellent knowledge of seasonal color maintenance, plant, turf, weed, and insect and disease identification. Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. Our ideal candidate will also have strong customer service skills and the ability to handle overseeing multiple crews.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Maintenance Crews
• Primary client contact ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Experience with Irrigation Repairs
• Bidding both residential and commercial jobs
• Excellent communication skills
• Planning and designing color beds
• Continuously learn about new plants and design techniques in the industry
• Ensure that all work is carried out within regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with various plants, their growth requirements and care
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple crews concurrently
• A degree in Horticulture or a related field preferred but not required
