Position Overview The Senior AccountManager is a key leader, driving exceptional service and lastingclient relationships. This role ensures seamless, high-qualitycatering delivery while anticipating client needs, resolvingchallenges, and identifying growth opportunities. Overseeing onekey account, the Senior Account Manager upholds service excellenceand collaborates with Account Managers and cross-functional teamsto deliver tailored solutions, enhance operations, and fuelbusiness growth. ideal candidate will have experience in production /operations environment How You’ll Elevate Our Team Develop andmaintain a strong relationship with assigned account, serving asthe primary liaison between the CSC and airline. Organize, lead anddocument local customer meetings, ensuring alignment onexpectations and performance. Resolve customer disputes incollaboration with the Central Account Team. Support specialcustomer projects as required. Lead and organize menupresentations, Chef Tables, and Virtual Quality Checks incollaboration with the Executive Chef Manage airline contractslocally, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Ensureadherence to customer specifications, distributing updates torelevant departments. Lead alignment with the customer on budgetdeviations in collaboration with Finance team. Monitor and ensurecompliance with customer safety requirements and regulatorypolicies (FDA, USDA, TSA, etc.) in coordination with the QualityManager Coordinate and participate in CSC customer evaluations andaudits, distributing feedback and coordinating responses. Track,analyze, and improve key performance metrics, including sales,profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performanceas defined in the customer SLAs. Maintain and oversee databases forflight attendant comments and delay tracking. Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance customer performance, servicelevels and track related costs savings for customers. Develop andpresent tailored catering solutions to enhance customersatisfaction and retention. Prepare reports and presentations tocommunicate customer insights and performance data. Maintainproficiency in customer IT systems for accurate data management andreporting Oversee charter catering operations and performance.
Ensure that account management team is organized, staffed anddirected effectively and efficiently Guide, motivate and developsubordinate employees as dictated by Human Resources PolicyImplement and maintain the company’s values and managementprinciples Plan, implement and manage the budget for the workgroup.
