As an Entry-Level Account Manager , you will assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to account expansion. Your role will involve helping manage client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries. Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. Track client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and deliverables. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Drive income through successful sales transactions. Collaborate with team-members to meet and exceed sales/marketing goals Assist in creating strategies to improve client retention and foster account growth.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
