Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and managing strategy with targeted customers This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills who can develop a deep understanding of the customers top business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for determining which Named Accounts can be Strategic and continue to grow with Citrix.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key level stakeholders and other influencers at the account. Additionally, to schedule Executive Briefings annually with key stakeholders.
Customer Research:
Conduct account research and analysis to identify the opportunities to apply Citrix technology to achieve customer business goals. Additionally, evaluate G2K with no ARR to determine if an account has potential to be strategic and should be managed. Research on assigned accounts including Annual Reports, 10Ks, 10Qs and other publicly available materials to build profile of the accounts Identify market potential (geographic, product, channel, etc.), set sales strategies to capture this potential, and manage investments to eliminate coverage gaps.
Account Strategy Review Documents:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ATS, ABM, Solution Architects and product development to create ASRs and present internally and to clients.
Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team in closing deals. Willingness to effectively and proactively partner with strategic partners
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in business development within the technology industry.
Skills:
Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.
Abilities:
Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
NYC generally ranges:
$201,882
- 302,824 CA generally ranges: $210,659
- 315,989 All other locations fall under our General State range: $175,550
- 263,324 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
