NoneThe PFS Team Lead assists inoverseeing the daily operations of assigned project(s). Thisposition is responsible for providing support in developing,implementing, managing, and meeting or exceeding the operationalgoals of our clients and Company. The Team Lead will and may workclosely with their team, project supervisors, operations managers,and the client to work on opportunities with new and emergingapproaches to our clients’ business processes. This position willfollow and ensure that client and company policies and proceduresare followed and will also perform all job-related duties asassigned.

Duties and Responsibilities Be a Subject Matter Expert and remain current in all areas ofdesignated project/client, including client host system, imagingsystems, internal host systems and vendor systems Ensures personal and team follow-up requirements are performedaccurately Organizing team building exercises Reviews work of team members and provides training and feedbackas needed. Audits patient accounts as requested Assists leadership with coordinating activities. Help train new employees and facilitate project specificrefresher training sessions Performs functions assigned by Supervisor/Manager to ensureteam /project objectives are met. Manages and reports on task dashboard and work queue (desk)daily/weekly/monthly Runs and reviews daily reports – ATB, cash, aged accounts, andany required reports for operational AR gaps and adviseSupervisor/Manager of findings as needed. Works with Supervisor/Manager on client reporting deliverablessuch as performance summary reporting decks and reporting to beutilized on client calls and month end. Special Ad-hoc reports assigned by management. Provide continuing education for current employees Assists employees with their questions to ensure team / projectperformance goals are met. Assists in the implementation of standards and guidelines Prepares and reports daily productivity of team members Provides timely feedback to the leadership team Works closely with supervisor to create applicable worklists Reviews team members submitted adjustments for accuracy andcompliance with client policies Post approved adjustments -as applicable. Type and distribute all team meeting/huddle minutes. Effectively communicates with the client through email ortelephone as needed. Attends payor provider calls as needed documenting all meetingminutes. All job-related duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

High school diploma 8 years of experience in the medical billing field Must not be subject to employment restrictions from a formeremployer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidatefrom performing the job responsibilities as described.
