Position Overview:
The Ticket Account Representative is an entry-level role responsible for driving ticket revenue through outbound sales efforts and providing outstanding service to fans and supporters. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sports, sales, and community engagement who is looking to start a career in professional sports.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to sell: Season ticket packages Group outings and hospitality events Mini-plans and flex packs Assist in the planning and execution of group theme nights and promotional initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with ticket buyers and prospective clients Provide top-tier service to existing ticket holders to enhance retention and upsell opportunities Support game day operations, including box office setup, ticket services, and fan engagement Utilize CRM and ticketing software to track sales activities and manage client accounts Represent the club at team, sponsor, and community events as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event operations a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated with a team-first mentality and desire to grow professionally Willingness to make cold calls and learn ticket sales best practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and all home matches
