Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for buildingrelationships and a passion for the insurance industry? We arecurrently seeking a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager tojoin our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for amotivated individual to manage and grow a portfolio of commercialinsurance accounts. You will be the primary contact for clients,ensuring their coverage meets their business needs, while providingexceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

As a CommercialLines Account Manager, your primary duties will include: 1.Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts andmaintaining strong relationships with clients. 2. Analyzingclients’ insurance needs and providing tailored coverage solutions.3. Negotiating policy terms and pricing with insurance carriers. 4.Collaborating with sales teams to identify new businessopportunities and ensure client retention. 5. Providing prompt,accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding toinquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages,policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billingclarification. 6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the commercialinsurance industry and advising clients accordingly. 7.Collaborating with other departments to manage and resolve clientconcerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Conducting regularreviews of clients’ accounts to ensure coverage is up-to-date andmeets their business needs.

Qualifications:

To be considered forthe Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you must have: 1. Aminimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance andaccount management. 2. A valid insurance license. 3. Proven successin maintaining and growing a book of commercial insurance accounts.4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. 5.Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage. 6.Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage andresolve client concerns effectively. 7. Proficiency in usinginsurance software and digital tools. 8. The ability to workindependently and as part of a team. 9. Strong organizationalskills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritieseffectively. 10. Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal.
