Job Description:

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant for homeowners seeking HVAC solutions. Your goal is to provide expert guidance and help clients make informed decisions that maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. You’ll consult with customers on the best options for heating, cooling, and ventilation needs, working closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Available to go on two to three calls per day , including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner Lead generation activities to include attending networking events , home shows and community events and making outbound calls . Attend weekly sales meeting and coaching sessions. Complete all necessary paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License Prior industry experience industry is a plus Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met Professional appearance and personality Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications Excellent communication skills

Pay Range:

Estimated $60K-120K per year, Based on sales performance. This is a 100% commission based job. Perks and Benefits !!!
