Description Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales
- provide solicited and unsolicited estimates for various print jobs and maintain in contact with repeat customers and foster relationships to create new customers Pricing
- maintain compliance with pricing and profitability rules Customer service
- maintain proper customer correspondence via email, phone and in person for communication of current jobs, future relations, and issue resolution Customer service
- Ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management Workflow
- Ensure established workflow process is maintained and required steps are completed Orders
- Follow workflow process to ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management Organization
- follow company protocol and established file structure to create and maintain usable digital customer records Expertise
- Continuous growth of knowledge and expertise in apparel design and promotional item marketing Vendor management
