Job Description

End2End Public Safety – Technical Account Manager End2End Public Safety, a leading provider of public safety information management software since 1988, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our growing team! About End2End Public Safety End2End is a trusted partner for over 700 public safety agencies nationwide. We develop innovative software solutions for CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), RMS (Records Management Systems), Mobile Field Reporting, and Parking, helping agencies streamline operations and improve public safety outcomes. Duties Assisting customers with product training and advice, including responding to technical customer support issues. Providing overall technical support, training, and project management to customers during implementation. Learning assigned customers’ setup, typical workflows, goals, and how they (can) use our products and services to better serve their tasks and goals. Gain understanding of customer technical infrastructures, hardware, and offerings and serve as a customer advocate within End2End. Helping customers attain value from the products or services they’ve purchased, ideally assisting them in gaining more value than they anticipated. Assisting sales and marketing with information about product specifications. Monitoring common technical support questions and creating processes, documentation and/or completing training for handling those support requests at scale. Collaborating with the entire End2End organization to address customer support tickets. Ensuring customer satisfaction through quick and efficient handling of all support tasks. Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support.
