Cash & Treasury Management Prepare daily cash reports and manage cash flows Develop monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts Handle payments and wire transfers to vendors Communicate with banks regarding deposits, loans, and other services Prepare and submit financial data requested by HQ 2. Accounting & Month-End Closing Operate and manage QuickBooks accounting system Process transactions including AR, AP, and SG&A expenses Perform monthly closings and general ledger reconciliation Maintain organized records of journal entries, tax filings, wire details, and invoices Support year-end financial audits and coordinate with external auditors Communicate with the Korean HQ and local accounting firms as needed 3. Tax Compliance Calculate and remit estimated quarterly tax payments File and pay local and state taxes as required Assist in annual corporate tax filing and payments Liaise with local CPAs and tax agents to ensure compliance 4. Cross-Functional Business Support – Sales & Logistics Coordination Finalize sales invoices by customer and manage invoicing process (including direct communication with customers) Receive and verify logistics-related invoices; manage transportation cost settlements Coordinate and resolve cost issues with vendors and carriers (critical communication task) Generate ad-hoc reports upon request from other departments (e.g., freight analysis, expense breakdowns, raw material purchase/sales summaries) Although part of the Finance Team, this role includes essential collaboration with Sales and Logistics teams on operational and financial matters
