This is a permanent position that offers theopportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of personal linesaccounts. The successful candidate will be responsible forproviding top-notch customer service, managing renewals, andhandling policy analysis. This role is a hybrid position, offeringthe flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, and isperfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment. Responsibilities 1. Manage a diverse portfolio ofpersonal lines accounts, including life, health, property, andcasualty insurance. 2. Provide exceptional customer service byresponding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests fromclients. 3. Analyze and assess clients’ insurance needs and proposesuitable coverage options. 4. Prepare and present detailedinsurance proposals to clients. 5. Handle policy renewals andendorsements to ensure clients’ insurance coverage remainsup-to-date and adequate. 6. Issue certificates of insurance (COIs)and maintain accurate records of all transactions andcorrespondences. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure aseamless and efficient service delivery. 8. Stay updated onindustry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate andprofessional advice to clients. Qualifications 1. Minimum of 5years of experience in managing personal lines accounts, includinglife, health, property, and casualty insurance. 2. Provenexperience in policy analysis, preparing insurance proposals,issuing COIs, and handling renewals. 3. Excellent customer serviceskills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clientsand team members. 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability toassess clients’ insurance needs and propose suitable coverageoptions. 5. Proficient in using insurance software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. 6. Current and valid insurance license. 7. Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred. 8.Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, both remotely and inthe office. 9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 10. Highdegree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability tomaintain client confidentiality.
