Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights. Requirements Proven experience in account management or sales roles, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective strategies. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
