Account Support Specialist Position Available In Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Job Description:

Direct Hire Opening –

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-siteposition Monday through Friday schedule Standard business hours(8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include but arenot limited to: Enter and manage customer quotes, orders, changes,and cancellations received by phone or email with accuracy andefficiency Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure an excellentcustomer experience Use system reports to track open orders andquotes, following up as needed to avoid delays Maintain and updatethe backorder report in the ERP system Support CRM maintenance byupdating customer and order data as needed Act as the main internalcontact for customer inquiries, coordinating with departments suchas Sales, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse Investigate andresolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effectivesolutions Assist walk-in customers by providing knowledgeable andcourteous support Participate in training programs to stay informedabout product updates and systems Develop a working knowledge ofkey products, including their features and common applications

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma required; Bachelor’sdegree preferred or equivalent experience Previous experience indistribution or manufacturing is a plus Proficient in MicrosoftOutlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Detail-oriented with strongorganizational and time management skills Comfortable workingindependently and as part of a team Effective problem-solvingabilities with a focus on finding practical solutions Experienceusing ERP and CRM systems is preferred Familiarity with electricalproducts is helpful, but not required Ability to maintain positiverelationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors COM012 NescoResource offers a comprehensive benefits package for ourassociates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) planthat encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (EmployeeAssistance Program) services.
