Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to support the growth of our managed services practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, driven by client success, and skilled at building strong relationships and uncovering new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to drive new business and meet revenue goals Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client business needs and present tailored IT solutions, including managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure Work closely with technical teams to coordinate service delivery and client onboarding Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience (IT or MSP industry strongly preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of technical curiosity and problem-solving ability Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven Strong time management skills and ability to multitask Preferred Skills Understanding of MSP services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services What We Offer Competitive base salary of $55K + performance-based bonus Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment Access to industry-leading technology and resources
