POSITION SUMMARY
Robbins Tesar Inc. is seeking a hardworking individual who is driven and willing to perform many different tasks. This person will act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of their trade show participation from initial planning to post-show follow-up. They must ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and budget adherence while fostering strong client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Service accounts through emails, phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Coordination of trade shows. Including show service orders, labor, transportation/logistics and other services as well as reviewing show details to ensure rules and regulations are followed.
- Prepare estimates/invoices for events and create internal work orders.
- Manage client inventory and assist in preparing client materials/properties for shipping and inspection upon return.
- Identifying future client requirements by establishing rapport with clients and providing recommendations and solutions.
- Selling exhibits, attending shows, supervising, exhibit set ups as necessary.
- Ensuring quality service delivery and professional standards in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Previous experience in trade show industry (5+ years) Account Management (2+ years)
- Post-secondary education required, college degree in marketing, communication, public relations or a related discipline preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management and communicational skills
- Ability to multitask, manage projects simultaneously, analyze problems and provide solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift over 30 lbs
Job Information:
In person, full time position, 40 hour a week guaranteed. During busier times 50+ hours may be necessary and expected. Travel to Tradeshows and Events will be required. Benefits include 90% employer paid health insurance. Vacation and holiday pay, access to company 401k program including employer match. Year End Bonus at company’s discretion.
