???? What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll handle a blend of new and renewal business, providing exceptionalmercial service every step of the way. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a key partner to our producers.

Your Day-to-Day:

Manage and service a book of small to mid-sizedmercial lines accounts
Market, quote, and bind both new business and renewals
Develop strong client relationships through excellentmunication and responsiveness
Identify coverage needs, answer questions, and resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers
Maintain detailed records in our agency management system
???? What We’re Looking For
3+ years of Commercial Lines experience (account management or similar)
Knowledge of standard lines coverages (GL, Property, WC, Auto, etc.)
Connecticut P&C license
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a heart for service
