As a Client Relations Associate, you will be the first point ofcontact between Opal Core Marketing and potential customers. Youwill be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met and theirexpectations are exceeded when it comes to the level ofpersonalized sales and customer service support that we offer. TheClient Relations Associate role involves building lastingrelationships, providing excellent sales and customer service, andadvocating for client and customer interests. Key Responsibilitiesof a
Client Relations Associate:
Assist in the management ofexisting accounts as well as the acquisition of potential customersin a manner that serves all parties’ interests Serve as the primarypoint of contact for customers, responding to inquiries andconcerns promptly and professionally whether through phone, email,or in person visits Facilitate communication between customers andclient technicians, ensuring that activation processes run smoothlyand beneficially for all parties Advocate for the interests of theclient regarding sales goals and customer satisfaction metricswhile providing customers with personalized and efficaciouscustomer service Abide by all compliance policies set forth by theclient while handling sensitive customer information, ensuring allinteractions meet legal regulatory and privacy requirementsParticipate in the training of junior Client Relations Associatesin all of the above responsibilities, demonstrating strongleadership potential
