Make mostly outbound calls to insurance companies and accept inbound calls from agents. Act as a patient advocate to get their claim and the hospital paid!
Specific Job Requirements:
Excellent Attendance is required. Missing time means you are missing out on making money. Be a detective to solve the issue with our claim and get it paid! Must be comfortable and confident in asking people for a supervisor when answers to questions are not satisfactory. Be able to handle and control a call. This is a Fast-Paced Environment
