This is a commission-heavy role with big earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

Sell mowers, heavy equipment, rentals, parts, and materials Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace Run the front counter•parts lookup, quotes, rental coordination Help with deliveries (mulch, rock, dirt, etc.) when needed Be a team player during peak hours

Compensation:

Base salary: $800/week 5% commission on all equipment profits 50% of manufacturer sales spiffs (up to $500/sale) Additional commission on total monthly sales (details discussed in interview) Paid holidays + 1 week vacation

Requirements:
