  • What You’ll Do :
  • Build and grow relationships with customers to move freight efficiently.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets.
  • Hunt for new business through cold calling, emails, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Provide creative, customized solutions to customers using our portfolio of services.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals.
  • Work closely with operations and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, shippers, carriers, and receivers. What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience is a must—freight brokerage experience is a plus.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, even if outside the logistics industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
