This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client goals, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships through exceptional service and strategic support. Key Job Responsibilities Manages the incoming inquiry process to ensure timely response to all customers. Experience with electronics brands such as Furuno, Garmin, and various communications systems. Gathers applicable information to determine viability for service inquiries and inputs the information into the company’s CRM system. Generates and analyzes detailed sales reporting; provide detailed insights for products. Ensures timely submittal of quotes as requested for services. Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers and new customers. Manages both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Attends all relevant industry events, including boat shows, seminars, etc. Ensures the sales process is consistently executed to achieve desired results and meets monthly predetermined KPIs. Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
