A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health industry.
Nutraceutical Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of nutraceutical products, their benefits, regulations, and market trends. The ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. The ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure the success of managed accounts. Fluency in English and Spanish.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and promote new nutraceutical products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in the nutraceutical sector. Participate in negotiating contracts with clients and preparing proposals, ensuring favorable terms for the client and the company. Keep customers updated on the status of their orders. Must be able to keep track of all open orders and where they are in the manufacturing process. Ensure continuous follow-up and client satisfaction after the sale, addressing any concerns or requests. Collaborate effectively with marketing, logistics, Manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure the seamless execution of product delivery while meeting all client-specific requirements. This includes coordinating timelines, managing resources, and addressing potential challenges to ensure products are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations. Provide training on the company’s nutraceutical products, their proper usage, benefits, and industry regulations. Present regular reports on account status, sales, and business opportunities for management, proposing improvements and growth strategies.
Salary:
$50,000 ~ 70,000 w/ commission & annual bonus Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
