Account Manager Nutrition Formulators Inc Miramar, FL 33025 Overview We seek a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage client accounts, drive business development, and foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology sales and account management, with a strong ability to analyze market trends and communicate effectively with clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and promote new nutraceutical products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in the nutraceutical sector. Prepare and present customized business proposals for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s nutraceutical products. Participate in negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the client and the company. Keep customers updated on the status of their orders. Must be able to keep track of all open orders and where they are in the manufacturing process. Ensure continuous follow-up and client satisfaction after the sale, addressing any concerns or requests. Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts through effective strategy implementation and closing sales. Collaborate effectively with marketing, logistics, Manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure the seamless execution of product delivery while meeting all client-specific requirements. This includes coordinating timelines, managing resources, and addressing potential challenges to ensure products are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations. Provide training on the company’s nutraceutical products, their proper usage, benefits, and industry regulations. Present regular reports on account status, sales, and business opportunities for management, proposing improvements and growth strategies. Experience At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within a collaborative environment. Familiarity with technical sales processes and understanding customer needs in a technical context is highly desirable.
