Role:
This is not a sales position. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate service and expert policy management. You’ll be a key point of contact for policyholders, handling renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and day-to-day service needs.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a designated book of commercial or personal lines business Build strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional service Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals Liaise with carriers and underwriters to ensure client needs are met Provide expert-level guidance on coverage options and risk management Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
What You Bring:
