DashClicks is a dynamic marketing/SaaS company that offers a comprehensive range of services including organic and paid ads. Our dedicated team of product managers ensures seamless communication and management of client needs through our efficient ticketing system. We are now looking to expand our team with a skilled Media Buyer to help scale our clients’ businesses. We’re seeking a skilled and strategic Account Manager with strong digital marketing experience to join our team. This role is central to our updated Account Management strategy and requires deep expertise in SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between our agency and clients, ensuring success and growth through expert marketing execution, outstanding communication, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Manage client communication with a focus on results-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads). Lead regular client meetings/interactions to review campaign progress and identify new opportunities. Educate clients on marketing best practices and platform features to enhance their campaigns. Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via chat, email, or call. Identify client goals and deliver customized strategies aligned with their business objectives. Drive client retention and satisfaction by identifying upsell opportunities. Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and communications. Create business plans to meet predetermined goals and performance quota Product & Platform Expertise Become a subject matter expert on the company’s platform and solutions. Showcase the product to prospects and conduct discovery to understand their needs. Maintain awareness of evolving software features and updates to guide clients effectively. Support clients in maximizing the use and value of platform features. Clearly communicate technical specifications of the software to clients as needed. Internal Collaboration Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver exceptional service. Update internal stakeholders on customer insights, feedback, and any ongoing technical concerns. Follow up with clients to ensure all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner. Share recurring product issues, feature requests, and workaround solutions with the team. Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments to inform product and service improvements. Analyze and report product malfunctions for resolution and process refinement. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor campaign and platform performance metrics to assess effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards with data-driven recommendations. Conduct customer research to align solutions with market needs. Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to drive strategic insights. Project Management Independently manage tasks using the company’s project management tools. Track deadlines, prioritize deliverables, and ensure seamless workflow execution.
Requirements:
Strong background in digital marketing with deep expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads ideally within a marketing agency in a client facing role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency with marketing tools, CRMs, and project management software. Strong organizational, people, time management, and multitasking skills. Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively manage client needs and foster team collaboration. Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen and a results-driven approach. Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles. Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing, eager to stay updated on trends and contribute to team and client growth.
