We’re growing—and looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Deerfield Beach team.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to advisor for clients seeking personal lines insurance solutions on an assigned set of accounts. Understand client needs and match them with the right coverage options. Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency. Round out accounts by identifying gaps in coverage and offering other lines to cover their insurance needs. Communicate and collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable outcomes. Keep meticulous records using our agency management system.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred. A valid 4-40, 2-20 or 20-44 Florida insurance license . Solid command of Microsoft, Agency Management Systems (AMS/CRM), Quote Raters and possess tech-savviness. A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Top-tier communication and customer service skills.
