Essential Tasks for the Account Manager

Textiles Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for textile industry clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Support senior account managers in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries, addressing clients needs and providing updates
- Work with management to help navigate through project complexities or issues the client is facing
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve delivery service Sales and Business / Revenue Generation
- Help identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Conduct market research to support business growth initiatives
- Work closely with commercial leads to identify growth opportunities and propose value
- added services to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams across regions to cross-sell
- Satisfying Key Performance Indicators as set by management
- Monitor cliente contracts, pricing structures, and financial performance

Project Account Management, Support & Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects related to client accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Meet regularly with key client stakeholders to elevate the partnership experience
- Monitor multiple project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and escalating issues as needed
- Analyze client accounts and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Provide feedback on project team performance to support annual reviews
- Oversee scheduling and execution of Certifications, inspection, and Sustainability assessments Contract & Documentation Management
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining client contracts and agreements
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored
- Support the invoicing and payment tracking process
- Negotiate terms and conditions of proposals and contracts to align with company objectives with support from management
- Resolve issues related to contract delivery
Financial Management:
- Deliver transparent and timely financial reporting for project execution, including income and cost analysis

Quality Assurance:
- Take accountability for the quality and output of all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
Business Development:

Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends and improvement areas
