We’re expanding our in-house team and looking for motivated Account Representatives to help manage client accounts and build long-term relationships. Job Overview As an Account Representative , you’ll handle your own book of business , managing insurance-related accounts for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Your performance directly determines your bonuses—ownership matters here. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and client updates Assist clients with insurance questions, renewals, and support Maintain and grow your client book with proactive communication Meet or exceed service standards and performance benchmarks Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve team goals Compensation & Benefits $15.00-$18.00/hour , depending on skill set and experience Performance-based bonuses & incentives Full-time consistent schedule (on-site) Paid training and performance coaching Career development and internal promotion opportunities Positive and supportive team environment Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills and professional phone presence Motivated, dependable, and coachable Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred Insurance background is a plus but not required Must be able to build and maintain client relationships Comfortable working in a performance-driven role Work Environment On-site position at our Fort Lauderdale office
