Bilingual Account Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Davie, FL 33317 • Hybrid work Job Summary Thermal Concepts, Inc. is looking for a bilingual Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth in the Temperature Control and Building Automation industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales experience and established relationships within the consulting and contracting community to manage existing accounts, generate new business, and deliver effective solutions to clients. Duties Develop business relationships with contractors, engineers and owners Sales proposals and quotes Estimating – To include material, engineering, software development, start-up, and subcontractor labor. Providing Design/Build input to contractors, engineers and owners. Value Engineering. Account Management and Customer Interface. Interfacing with other construction trades. Interfacing with company engineers, programmers, project managers, & field technicians. Change-Order requests. Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical design drawings and specifications. Travel by automobile will be required and travel by airplane may be required. Must be able to evaluate and inspect mechanical equipment and control devices independent of its location (i.e. roof, mezzanine, and above ceilings). Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field is typically required. Some positions may accept equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Courses in sales management, marketing strategies, business development, and customer relationship management can be beneficial. Proven experience in a sales or account management role is usually required, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify and generate new sales leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
